- Custom LimeSurvey Build: We implemented a fully branded LimeSurvey environment with conditional question paths, Likert scales, and open-ended comments. Each survey was anonymized to encourage honest feedback.
- Real-Time Dashboards: Using Apache Superset, we created a suite of dashboards accessible to both corporate teams and facility managers. Each manager saw only relevant data for their facility, while corporate could roll up results for a birds-eye view.
- Automated Data Refresh: We integrated the survey database with Superset to provide near real-time insights. As soon as responses were submitted, charts and metrics were updated accordingly.
